    2. The collaboration of google is coming from the online world they developed everything online and test it from the end user side. Microsoft 365 have been tools on the computer as actual software.

    1. • Microsoft 365 has Word for writing, Excel for numbers, PowerPoint for slides, Outlook for emails, Teams for talking to people, and OneDrive for saving stuff.
    • Google Workspace has Docs for writing, Sheets for numbers, Slides for slides, Gmail for emails, Google Meet for talking to people, and Google Drive for saving stuff.
    2. • In Microsoft 365, people can work on the same Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file together, and they can chat or call each other using Teams.
    • In Google Workspace, people can work together on Docs, Sheets, and Slides at the same time, and they can talk using Google Meet or Chat.
    3. • Both have different plans, but the cheapest plans cost 6 dollars per person per month.
    • Microsoft has fancier plans that cost more, like 12 or 22 dollars a month, and Google also has bigger plans that cost up to 18 dollars a month.
    4. • Microsoft 365 works well with other Microsoft apps and has extra add-ons for Outlook and Word.
